When will my package be delivered?
The delivery time is 3-5 working days. In case the delivery takes longer than expected, we will inform you in due time.
I have just placed an order that I would like to change or cancel. How do I do this?
You can only change or cancel your order up to the moment the package is dispatched. If your package has already been dispatched before your request, we will notify you by email. To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@vellurie.com with Subject: CANCELLATION.
How can I exchange my product?
If the product does not fit you, you can return it and request a replacement. For an exchange, please contact us at info@vellurie.com with Subject: EXCHANGE.
The returned product must be in perfect condition - unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all labels attached. Otherwise, the request will be rejected.
We do not currently offer free returns.
How can I make a claim/refund?
If you receive a damaged product, you can request a replacement. To make a claim/return, please contact us at info@vellurie.com with the subject line: CLAIM.
I have received the wrong product. What can I do?
If you have received the wrong product, please send us the following information by email with the subject line: ERROR.
- The order number you received when you confirmed your order.
- A photo of the product you received, showing that it does not correspond to what you ordered.
The new product will be dispatched within 14 days. We apologise for any inconvenience.
