Returns and Exchanges

At Vellurie, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we've made the return or exchange process easy if the product is not suitable for you or has arrived damaged. You can exchange your product without any complications within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the event of a complaint, you can request a replacement.
To make a complaint, please contact us at info@vellurie.com with the subject line: CLAIM.
If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us with the subject: EXCHANGE.

We do not offer free returns.

Shipping costs

In case of an order over 100,00 € we offer free delivery.
In case of an order up to 99,99 €, the delivery fee is 4,99 €.

Important information:

The return or exchange procedure is possible within 30 days of receipt of the order.
The returned item must be returned in a timely manner, in unworn, undamaged condition, in its original packaging with all tags and tags attached. Otherwise, the request will be rejected.
We do not currently offer free returns.
The return or exchange process takes 5-14 days after receipt of your package.
